Tabata: 20 seconds SPRINT SPRINT SPRINT; 10 seconds REST REST REST; 8 sets
It should go something like this: SPRINT-REST, SPRINT-REST, SPRINT-REST, SPRINT-REST, SPRINT-REST, SPRINT-REST, SPRINT-REST, SPRINT-REST.
