Can you do this unbroken? If so that is impressive. I want to work up to HSPU but i'm not quite there yet.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I for the most part knock it all out. When I get tired, my double-unders go to crap and I fail a decent amount. I've got to get that focus up during them.
