30 Kettlebell swings
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Supermen
30 squats
10 handstand pushups

  1. Can you do this unbroken? If so that is impressive. I want to work up to HSPU but i'm not quite there yet.

  2. Yeah, I for the most part knock it all out. When I get tired, my double-unders go to crap and I fail a decent amount. I've got to get that focus up during them.

    Remember what I told you about the gym. It's coming... I want to have my man on board.
