7/2/10 - WOD

10 Sets for Time:

10 Pullups
10 Situps
10 Puships
10 Body Squats

Remember to adjust workouts to your personal ability. If you cannot do a pullup, do a jumping pullup. Do your pushups from your knees instead of feet.
