WOD - 6/16/10

Tabata:
10 yard shuffles
Dips
Burpees
Sit up/Push up Alternating

Tabata = 4 minutes total of an exercise, 20 seconds of high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest. The key to it is pushing yourself to the limit. SPRINT!!!!!
