6/19/10 - WOD

30 minute run

If you want, break it up into intervals, like 4 minutes at a fast pace and 2 minutes at a slower pace.

  2. I can't because I am too poor... I was when I was home, though, and could eat off my parents' dime. Unfortunately, job searching in NY could require an unknown amount of cash which means I have to eat cheap until I get a job. Then I can go back to a normal diet.

    Right now, I eat only: oatmeal, pasta, pasta sauce, eggs, and peanut butter and jelly. It's pretty grim.
